I ordered my iLife up to date disk on January 21st and it shipped on the 28th. It was supposed to arrive on Feb 3rd but it still hasn't.

It is now 3 days late and Apple can't tell me where my package is. The problem is that they used a generic tracking number to send a large shipment of discs via Purolator to Canada. The individual copies are then turned over to Canada Post for delivery across Canada. Unfortunately the Purolator tracking system doesn't recognize the number so they can't find the package either.

The Apple CSR did admit that they have been getting a lot of calls yesterday and today from people in the same situation as me but they don't seem to care that the shipment might be lost.

GRRR this is just one more reason why Apple Customer service has been going downhill.

Anyone else here in the same boat?
