iLife upgrade discount 09.

Hello,

I recently changed from windows to mac and bought a new macbook (29th of March). Unfortunately it came with iLife 08. I would've thought that by now it would come with 09, but I was incorrect.

I heard that you can pay $10 to get it upgraded.. but I can only find the $70. Could somebody please tell me about were I would find this discount?
