iLife won't install

Hi guys,
I have one problem, downloaded iMovie HD6, tried to install it on a fresh 10.5.8 installation, it said I needed iLife.
Downloaded iLife 09, and now I got the this error:

Please quit the following programs before installing iLife:
iPhoto
iMovie
iMovie
iMovie
iMovie HD
iDVD
GarageBand
iWeb

But I don't have anything installed.
Tried repair permissions but nothing.Any suggestion?

Did you try getting iLife '09 via eBay yet?

Warez/Serials/Keys.

Did I ask for any serial, crack or warez?
iMovie HD6 was at apple site and I have a backup of it.
I downloaded iLife because I don't have my cds with me, whats the big deal?
Don't worry it is working now, guess safari was missing from the updates.
