ilifetogo stickies sync alternative...

I enjoyed ilifetogo, formerly ipodtogo, however now i find that i only use it to sync my stickies file.


is there an alternative, a free alternative, to sync stickies from mac to ipod?

I know almost nothing about apple script, but aren't all the stikies just text files, so couldn't you write an apple script to do it?
