Illegal Iphone Cases In the US?

So I bought an Iphone Case off ebay, and it had the apple logo on it and said iphone on it, so it just clips on the back of the phone really easily and makes my 2g look like a 3g. But they only sell from China and places, so I take it apple doesn't make then, and they violate apple's copyright and patens?
 
china sells fakes. deal with it.

you can gripe all you want to apple, chances are, nothing's going to change.

Yes, they do violate Apple's copyrights.

I've seen them sold at kiosks in malls.
 
If you like it why does it matter? Why would you want your 2g to look like a 3g that sounds like it would turn out to be crap in the first place.
