Illumine Template Help

Can anybody explain to me how to do this because I am not really getting how to do this.

Well you havent explained a problem, so im guessing the illumine template isnt being applied to all apps?
This is often true of JB apps, and i end up making alot of my own...
for illumine you could use AppIconMask.png, AppIconOverlay.png & AppIconShadow (from illumine.theme/UIImages)+ your own image to compile a new .png in an image editor like photoshop.

The template is what you use to make the icons, I dont know how to use it. The Illumine theme comes with a .psd file that lets you make your own icons, I kinda understand how to use it. !
