Illustrator CS5 won't "save as"

So I finished downloading Lion a couple days ago - now almost every design I make in Illustrator CS5 suddenly won't save or save as - that button gets grayed out.

Please, I'm begging you all, please help!

Looks like there is info out there and its a known issue but no solution...

I am running Lion 10.7 (fresh install, software up to date)
Illustrator CS5.1 ver. 15.1.0 (CS5.5)
I just made a quick illustrator file and it saved just fine, even if the desktop is the save location.
Are you talking about files created while using SL and now is causing issues in Lion? Or any .ai file?
