I get this when I open a document that had be opened and saved on another machine in between creating it on mine. Can I get rid of this message without messing up the right colour settings?

Edit>Color Settings
Under "Color Management Policies", is CMYK set to "Preserve Numbers"? Set it to "Convert to Working Space" or "Preserve Embedded Profiles".
Only thing I can think of.
