Hi to all! Hopefully I'm not breaking any of the site rules... But such is the complexity of of what I've been attempting to get my head around: Cocoa, Objective C, I'm beginning to think, is there enough time left in the world to learn it.
My aim is/was to produce children's interactive book apps. These incorporating all the bells and whistles this growing market demands. I've already found one or two companies who offer assistance, for a fee and a cut of any profit, which is Ok, I suppose, after-al I would be using their knowledge. But having been a professional illustrator for a few years and had experience of paying out to agents 25 percent cut each time, for them doing very little, I was looking a bit closer to home.
But now, realistically, I was wondering, either, and please forgive me for my directness, is there anyone: a freelance developer who fancies going 50/50 on developing picture books to maybe show the 'Big Boys' they can't have all the cake.
If this is not realistic, sorry:( I'l get my head down and start sifting through Objective C for a future project. In which case, I would be grateful for any pointers. :)
