Evening all.
First of all computer/printer spec:
Mac OS X 10.4.11
Illustrator CS3
HP K8600
I am trying to follow the steps in the video shown in the following link to digitally wrap a label around an object. All seems pretty simple to me.
http://www.wonderhowto.com/how-to-wrap-logo-around-photo-photoshop-15913/
So I start by creating a grid in Illustrator. Using the Rectangular Grid Tool I set the width to 120mm and the height to 170mm. I set Horizontal dividers to 11 and vertical dividers to 16. Effectively creating a grid with 10mm sections.
I print it out, no scaling or bordeless printing selected.
The printed size does not correlate the the specified size in Illustrator. The overall grid size is 122mm x 173.5. Clearly incorrect.
I did some searching on google and on here and found the following link:

Although very helpful, It hasn't resolved my problem. I have tried saving to a .pdf and .eps file and printed it but it made no difference.
So, what are peoples thoughts on this?
Why should there be a scaling difference?
