Illustrator Swatch Libraries won't display!!!!!!!

I have a G-5 running 10.2.8. I was using Illus. 10 and needed a pantone color, so I go to load the pantone swatch from Swatch Libraries and it won't display. I checked Illus 10 on my Powerbook and they display fine. So, at this point I checked our other G-5 and the SL wouldn’t display on it either. Can anyone HELP ME???
