Im just learning flash and all of that but I feel like I have a good creative eye. This is an intro flash movie I made for the page Im upgrading. What do you think? http://www.gamersports.com/highband.html

Also...I want to make a preloader. I have been taking the easy way out and using Vertical Moon softwares SWF, Locka and Load with much success. However, lately when I import my target file which sounds and plays fine in regular flash player. Lock and load exports a file with preloader that has muddled sound on lower bit rate clips and in some cases no sound at all. Do my sounds have to be of high quality when i import and re-export. Any help would be appreciated.

Its ok. The text is a little blocky and I hear a lot of pops and crackles in my speakers from the sound. Also maybe a skip intro button would be nice.

its really nice.. a lot better then anything i could make.. but thats not saying much... And yes, the sound does pop a lot...

if you put a preloader in there, put in a volume control, mute option....that sound is too loud and a bit annoying. I don't know if its an issue with my computer, but animation is a bit slow, you could speed it up. Simply up the frames per second at first and see what happens. If you're doing things at 12 fps, try it at 15 fps and 20 fps and see how it looks.

Also, intro movies, unless they're part of the preloader are a bit useless - you never really want to see a intro movie (with or without the skip intro button). Look up iGav's Best Motion Graphics sites in the community forum - great examples of flash and more. Also, he just posted one with yamaha.com which is truly amazing.

Good luck.
