I'm a little confused. Can somebody tell me if I'm wrong?

Hello,

I bought a copy of Snow Leopard (retail, single user) for my MacBook Pro, and I'm waiting for my copy Up-to-Date for my Mac Pro.

Since I read that the disc are different, do I have to install the UTD copy only on my Mac Pro or I can install the retail disc and use the UTD disc on the MBP?

I don't want to start all over the installation. And I'm planning on doing a full erase and install on both machines.

Does the UTD disc will allow me to do a full erase and install?

I think you can use either disc tbh...
