they wish they could have OSX on their PCs, but were i forced to buy a PC at gun point, it would be a vaio

Another bit of rubbish from Sony. Keep it up! I get my entertainment from knowing they will never make a better minidisc player than the MZ-R91 or a better console than the PS1.

Dumb. But if I wanted a PC notebook I would get a Vaio - they are by far the best looking as far as PCs go.

Can somone please tell me why they put the trackpad on the left side?!?!

Sony and Apple actually have a pretty good history of working together. The original Powerbook was a partial Sony creation and they manufactured a lot of parts for Macs over many years. As of late Sony's leadership has been increasingly arrogant. Just look at their comments on the PS3. Their newest one was that the PS3 was going to teach its users/consumers "discipline." They're just being childish in general right now.

I squeezed VAOI's butt 7 times and the other two gents only got 1 squeeze a piece from me... although i was tempted to squeeze PC's butt twice..

For ergonomics while typing? I dunno. Maybe to avoid brushing it while typing...

Finally someone answers the question; only it wasn't an answer, but more spam comming out of the MJ spam factory.

More eronomic? My right hand just natually falls to the middle of this PowerBook with its trackpad in the center. I would not buy a laptop of any brand that had the frigging track pad on the left side.

I'm going to do a Google search about left side trackpads, and when I find the answer, I will proclaim myself as the smartest member of MacRumors bar none. :p

EDIT:

After Google search:

Apparently I'm not the only one that thinks the trackpad on the left side is screwy:
