I'm A Noob but How do you change your icons match the theme you want?

Okay, so I downloaded the iSatin Carbon theme already. But how do I get my icons looking like the ones below? I'm clueless.

How do I get my iPhone 4 to look exactly like the ones mentioned above?

Yeah like that. For now all I want to do is change my app icons. But how do you replace the icons you downloaded to your phone?
