I can't stop eating this stuff. In the last 24 hours, I've already consumed one whole loaf and I'm half way through the second one. I'm using 100% real, grade AA whipped artery clogging butter spread heavily across the plains of lightly toasted San Luis Sourdough. If I keep this up, I'll be dead by the end of the week.

"Admitting the problem is half the cure" they say. :)

Yup, good stuff that San Luis Sourdough. It was even better when it was just a local company selling it out of a store front in downtown SLO.

I love Californian sourdough bread - toasted, in sandwiches, however...

Since I tasted it on my first trip to the Bay Area, I've searched for a comparable one back in London. But, although lots of places do 'sourdough', none of them are quite the same :(

I resort to bringing back fresh loaves whenever I, or a pal, head out to the Bay and freezing them

Favorite food in the world - yummy bread and heaps of butter. I'm on a diet so I can't really eat as much as I'd like to

as long as you don't sell it within 100 yards of a school, you should be fine...

sourdough roll + cheese + vegemite + microwave = mouthgasm

oh noes, thats right, vegemite is banned in america! looks like you miss out then :D

San Francisco Sourdough Bread - delicious. I'm lucky that there's a store out here on the east coast of the US that sells it. Lifesaver.

Besides having it toasted and with butter or boysenberry jam, here's my sandwich creation:

Toasted sourdough bread, melted cheddar cheese, bacon, tomato, pickles, and a very tasteful amount of mayo. mmmmmmm, my mouth is watering.
