Beejive IM does the closest to that.
It pushes your IM's to your e-mail, and if you have Push for your e-mail turned on, it'll fetch it almost immediately.

Get BeejiveIM from the AppStore. It costs 15.99$ I think it is. Then go into Settings>BeejiveIM and set up your e-mail.
AIM 2.0 for the iPhone is supposed to send you a text message or email when you get an IM, but it hasn't come out and it was supposed to after Macworld in January.
i have an email that is spam free right now, will bee jive spam me any emails other than those IMs?

I use Beejive and have it text me when I receive messages. To do this you go to settings and add your phone number@txt.att.net(assuming you are on AT&T) as the email and set it to stay logged in for whatever period of time you desire. It will then text you whenever you receive messages or when you are signed out.

Beejive does NOT send you anything other than IM alerts. You can easily take your email off in the settings.
