Well it's been forever since I've gotten on here. I still have my G4 1.33 iBook, but since then I've sold my SSD and hardly use the iBook. But I'm really looking at getting a PowerBook again. Any thoughts? I know it's only a 1.25 but hey! For me, speed isn't absolutely necessary. http://www.ebay.com/itm/231938843777

I think you had a crash on your time machine and ended up in the wrong era. I would like to first tell you welcome to 2016 and sad to inform you that Steve Jobs has passed away :(

I would recommend you take a look at the current lineup of Macs on Apple's website first and let us know which you like best to compare.

Enjoy your voyage!

Lol did I not post in the PowerPC page?? :D I know. They're old. But they have a more than special place in my heart and can get along alright even today. Cheers!
[doublepost=1462830895][/doublepost]Also, I can't see anyone in their right mind buying a $1000 Pink macbook with 1/3 of a mobo and no processing power :D all jokes aside, this would be almost entirely for nostalgia, and just to own such a beautiful hunk of PPC history.

Go for it. Just bought myself a 1.67 15" and I'm in love. Just because they are old don't mean they don't work. That HD display is all I need. Have a 13" MBP but 1280x800 just doesn't work for me anymore. My PCs have 1920x1080 and screen real estate is important. My PB has a better screen than my MBP. And no.....I don't need a Retina MBP screen.
