i woke up on 4/10 at just before 3am eastern and ordered my 42mm SS Milanese loop with a 3:03am eastern email confirm. Two days later I cancelled the order due to the stress and doubt regarding this pre launch and, quite frankly, my choice of band. I suffered reading and researching questioning my choice to cancel. But after much soul searching, I realized ,I'm not a loop guy, I'm a link guy! So I just placed my pre-order for the 42mm SS Link band due to ship in the dubious and mysterious land of June!!! I'm back!

Stress about an order of a technology gadget?

You may need to reevaluate your life...

You could have kept your order, made a new order for the Link Bracelet and returned your Milanese before your Link Bracelet shipped. By doing that, you wouldn't have had to wait till June to get an Apple Watch and you would still get the Apple Watch you wanted.

This thread has made my day!!

I am so happy that you are back.
I hope that you get your watch earlier than June and that you fully enjoy it.

This is great.

June will come sooner than you know.

I can promise this, because I'm getting married in June and I can feel it's rapid approach! :p

Wouldn't he be out an apple watch if he returned the Milanese before the link shipped? I guess I don't quite understand...

Yes, but in this scenario he would only be out an Apple Watch for 1-2 weeks rather than a few months.

Thought returns had to be done within 14 days. Is this not the case? In any event, seems a bit dubious to order something knowing you are going to return it...

Ah, I forgot about the 14-day policy but at the very least, he could have given the  Watch an in depth try out instead of waiting with nothing.

This is nothing less than an incredible and heartwarming story. I will sleep well tonight for having read it.

I've got to think about an unusual and unique thread to start . Has anyone thought about how your watch will affect your pets?

No but today I was trying to figure out how I would cover it while mowing my grass. I want credit for the exercise but do not want grass all over it.

Wow, that's why I avoided the band-stress and just went with the sure-to-fit black sport band with the 42mm SS. Figured I would select a better band later. But since then, I have seen these and tried one on and I actually like the sport band.

But it is just a watch. Oh did I say that outloud! I mean...it's a small wrist for mankind, uh, oh no..heresy!!!
