Im freaking out: MB boots in Windows, but won't boot in OSX

What should I do?

When I turn on my MB Alu 13" it comes to the screen where the thing rotates, and then it shuts off. Unless I enter boot camp-mode and boot in Windows, if so windows boots fine.

I have Macdrive installed, but aren't able to view my mac partition.

It happend after I updated the system, and I really need some files on there.

Any help?
 
Boot from your OS X install disk and try repairing permissions and fixing the partition with Disk Utility
