I'm getting HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error on Cydia

Hey guys, I jailbroke my iPhone 4S 5.1.1 yesterday and I'm getting this error when I'm trying to download Cydia apps, is this a problem with my Phone or are their servers just overloaded? I've only found one blog post over the net and some people say that restoring helps.
