I'm betting the 64GB iPhone 6 is the big seller. It's the same price as last years 32GB model and bigger than previous models (and $100 cheaper than the 6+). I have a feeling the 6+ will kill the sales of last year's 5C model...but I suspect on the whole the iPhone 6 will dominate worldwide sales.

I don't use screen protectors on my iPhones, but my gf does on hers and I always order a multipack of the cheap ones on eBay that ship from China. I can usually find a 10 pack for around $1.50. I never understand why people buy expensive screen protectors (unless they're the glass ones).
