It won't update and has been stuck like this for days now.

I'm getting tired of near daily flash updates that do NOTHING! It still sucks, it still crashes safari, it still hogs resources and it still needs to DIE!

check the activity monitor (in utilities); if there's an instance of the adobe application manager running, quit (or force-quit); then try again.

or...contact customer support...

At least that sucker will go through with the update, this one won't do anything!
