iPod touch Im having a SCreen leak??

I have a screen leak on my ipod touch 4g, I just noticed it about 20 minutes ago. I only got my ipod touch 4g 4 months ago, so its still covered under the apple 1 year warranty. What i want to know is if i can send it in for a replacement because of this. I have 2 screen leaks, one on the bottom right and left, the right one is bigger than the left. The ipod touch also has a display problem with the left side being brighter than the right. Can i send this ipod touch 4g in for a repair or a replacement?

The screen leaks are small btw. I just want to know if i can still get it replaced

I wouldn't think it would cost any but go into a local apple store and see what they say.

Thats what it should be. But sometimes the genius you get will say something lame like you have water damage and we cant fix it even though you probably don't lol. Just go into the apple store and see
