I've been having the problem ever since I got it when it was released and finally decided to try and take care of it. I called Apple Support and had about a 45 minute talk with a couple of employees and they eventually transfered me to a senior advisor. She ended up just telling me to take it to Simply Mac to get it repaired. As far as I know I'll have to pay for something like that. Why should I have to pay money for something that's not my fault? Especially with the computer costing so much in the first place.

What should I do? Shouldn't this be covered under the warranty?
