it started earilier today i went to slide to unlock and i would try and slide it and it wouldnt slide so after a couple of seconds i hit the home button and that brings me to the menu. also every time i go into an aplication( web browser pictures and push mail) it will work for about 20 seconds and them all of a sudden it will just turn back to the main menu. I really am not the most computer litterate person so if any body has any advice or has this happening to them PLEASE let me know.

The same thing has happened to me... Soneone on this site told me to do a hard reset (home and hold buttons) and now my slider works perfectly. I have yet to find out about the Safari though.
