Hiya guys Im really having trouble getting my private email onto my iphone 5 I know the out going adress is from Outitgoes. Could anyone help me at all?

You need to enter the outgoing and incoming mail server names and other info such as what type of email account it is if its pop or imap etc...
Did you search on your email providers website for its email settings?
