For some reason, the contacts on my iPhone won't transfer to my Mac, even through iCloud and when I plug it into the computer to sync.

When I open the Contacts app on my computer, there is only one group of contacts, which is "On My Mac." I'm thinking this might be the reason my iPhone contacts don't copy to my computer.

When I open iCloud settings on my Mac, "Contacts" is checked.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but when I create or edit a contact on my phone, it should push the data to my computer. Whats the problem?

Do you have it turned on in your phone? Go into iCloud under settings and make sure contacts is turned on.

I'm having this same issue. Any contacts that I've added on to my phone are no longer being added to address book via iCloud or wired syncing. Ive tried all kinds of things to get it to work but nothing has worked so far.

Yep, I have every iCloud setting on my phone turned on. I even tried turning it on and off, but it still doesn't work.
