I'm having trouble with Panic's Unison

There's a 7.28 GB transport stream I'm downloading from usenet, and it's split up into about 80 .rar files, each being around 98 MB. But nearly every time I try to download a .rar, it doesn't download the whole thing, sometimes it will download only 90 MB and sometimes it will download as little as 15 MB. Does anyone know what this problem is and how to fix it? Thanks for at least reading this.
