I highly doubt that the MBP 13" 2011 will have a Core i5 CPU. Think about heat, available space, etc. The Core i3 wouldn't be an improvement over the C2D so I think it probably sticks with C2D.

And that's totally fine. The laptop works great for me and I totally love it.
