the iPhone 8 plus has a nice color saturation.. colors looks deep and vivid. I approve.

What previous iPhone are you comparing it to?

Very curious if anyone who has had both a 7+ and 8+ can see any differences.

For some reason it seems better than my previous 7 Plus. I don’t recall being impressed with the 7 plus. Lol

Yep it’s the same screen.
It’s the same screen spec wise but I swear they did something to it.

I came from a 7+ and have had similar experience with the 8+ screen. People say it is the same but yeah it does seem so much richer. Maybe it is just True Tone I am not sure.

Whatever it is I was surprised when I booted the 8+ up. It sort of seems closer to what my S7 Edge was in color than my 7+.

I am pretty happy with it and happy to hear somebody else thought the same thing.

According to Apple the new iPhone 8 has:

All‑New Display
A Retina HD display that’s more beautiful than ever. With True Tone, a wide color gamut, and 3D Touch.

My 8 Plus screen is the best iPhone screen I’ve seen. Very nice. Colors look punchy, but accurate. I’m curious if the X display will be as accurate, given the fact that OLED is generally unnaturally saturated.
