I'm in the Verizon store about to get the iPhone 4S, white or black?

You're leaving it up to a forum to make a couple hundred dollar decision? Just get the color you like!
Only you can decide what color you prefer. I don't believe in that white is only for girls and that anyone who owns a white is a girl. There are plenty of boys that owns a white one. It is just personal preference to what color they like.
If Verizon store has both black and white display model, I would play with both and you can then decide which color you like.

Honestly choose which one you prefer. Don't believe the stereotypical garbage that white is for girls. The last time I checked black and white were gender neutral colors.
It doesn't really matter, just pick one. Nothing says you can't use the white iPhone is professional settings or all guys pick the black one.
