Basically I'm asking if the iPad display panel is really close to the glass or is there a noticeable gap. I remember my old i-touch had a pretty noticeable gap between the lcd and the glass covering it. I have a 4s and the panel looks like its basically glued to the glass and it looks nice. I just think that having the lcd and glass as one piece is more aesthetically pleasing and makes it look more like a high end device (not that it isn't already)
