iPad Pro I’m looking for a 18W/3.5mm jack/ethernet USB-C Hub/Dock

I just want a small hub / dock that let me charge at 18W (I tried 30W PD and the iPad got a lil hot) wired ethernet and able to plug my 3.5mm earphones.
