I'm a teacher, and one of my most annoying problem is that I often forget the exact time my class end.

I mean, in the college where I teach, the schedule is based on 50 minutes periods, plus 5 minutes between each.

So a "2 period" class is actually from 8 am to 9:45 am. then the next one start at 9:50 and end at 11:35. A 3 period one could start at 10:45 a.m. and end at 1:25 a.m.

You get the idea.

For some reason, the default calendar widget in iOS always show me the next event, and when I see the current one it's usually just the visual representation of the timeline, without any clear indication of where a particular event end. (it's nice when it end at 11 am, but what's the difference between 11:35 and 11:40.)

Anyway, that being said, I just bought an Apple Watch and I was thinking that what would be awesome is having an app (or a complication) that would simply pick the current event I'm in, check the end time and then just show me in a countdown simply how much time there is left.

Being able to see quickly if I still have 30 minutes or if there is only 8 minutes left (so I have to wrap things up quickly)

Is there an app in the app store that could do that ? If yes, then please tell me !

If not, i'd like to know if there is something preventing such an app from existing. I mean, I don't know how much can third party apps can interact in event in the default iOS calendar. (Plus, I learned a bit of Swift and XCode this summer, it may be a good project to create such an app... but honestly If I could get one right now, I'd take it !)

Thank you !
