I'm Looking to buy an iPhone 4 refurbished.

What is the price for a iPhone 4 refurbished (without contract) or a used in excellent condition? I'm search around, but cannot find an average price.

I don't think you can buy a refurbished iPhone off contract in the US. Used your best bet is probably going to be Craigslist, where I think 16GB ones go for 400-450.

You can check through AT&T or Verizon's online stores to see if they sell iPhones off-contract, but I don't believe they do. I got mine for $99 (16GB), but of course that was on-contract.

Your best bet is to do some research on craigslist and eBay. Search high and low for the best deal for what you want.
