Still waiting to get switched over here. Out of interest did they give you any indication of how the switchover works mid-month? Does the new tariff become active in your next billing cycle or something?

my new month started yesterday so should be te same for everyone. When your bill comes in expect a text a day or so later

I also got a text from O2 this morning.
I am on the new tariff.

Should be good.

Can anyone remember where the option for the unlimited text bolt-on was on the O2 site?

Sweet, just checked mine and I've got the update too. That'll be more minutes and texts than I could ever see myself using, then. Ahead of schedule too! :)

I received my text this morning and i rang them to find out exactly this. I was on the £55 and am now on the £45. My minutes and texts will stay the same but my billing date was yesterday and I was charged £55 for 10th Feb - 9th March. The O2 rep said that its only next month that i will receive a credit for that month and then be charged £45 for the next month.

If your curious about your mins (if you were on the £35 or £45 plans) then i suggest you log into your account on the O2 website and check the 'Inclusive Allowance' in 'Recent Charges'

Hope that helps

Thanks for the help, I've been doing just that already! Still waiting on a notification from them but hopefully it won't be too long now... fingers crossed

Just had a look at the O2 website under Inclusive allowance and it has not been updated. So I rang O2 customer services and he said that the website runs 48 hours in arrears, so it won't be displayed there yet.

Also added the £7.50 unlimited text bolt-on.

mines has never been 48 hours out no way, but it is one crazy website. just had a look at mine and "what i've used" and "inclusive allowance gives me different stories. not that i care as i will never go over the new tariff but it's still confusing.
