i have few Q's.

if i jailbrake it, will i be able to use the apps i already have from the app store?

also, if jailbroken, will i be able to use it w/ itunes to sync music?

and last and not least, just to double make sure.. if something goes wrong, i can always restore it to its default and apple would never ever know i hacked it right?

Yep, jailbreaking doesn't affect any of your app store purchases. Your phone won't even look any different than before except that you'll have Cydia installed as well. iTunes doesn't know the difference between a stock phone, and a jailbroken phone, so it will work just like it did before you jailbroke. If something goes wrong, you can always plug it in, and restore it with the default factory settings. Just make sure you uncheck Installer, and you won't have to worry about things going wrong! (the only times my phone was screwed up was because of "installer" upgrading and going in a crazy reboot loop that didn't stop).
