I'm Selling My AW3 Cellular - Is Locked to AT&T?

Forgive the stupid question, but is my AW3 Cellular locked to AT&T?
 
Don't think it's locked in the same sense as a phone but, you must remove it from your account so that AT&T releases the IMEI or the new owner will not be able to set up cellular.
