I'm sick with sound on my Mac all time

Hello everyone , im new in here ,

I have an issue on my mac , the problem is that it sound like its sending and reciving something everytime i really dont know what is it if someone knows , please help , this is driving me crazy

almost at the end of the audio can hear it ,

i already try closing all aplications and it didnt work ,

help :)
