I'm so confused... Same avatar, everywhere

Okay, so a ton of people have an avatar of what looks like a a woman's feet in high heels, and she's pulling down her panties to her ankles. It's everywhere, I swear like 1 in 5 people have it. Something must be up here, because even a person that says he's a strong, "God-fearing" Christian has it. That would be really out of place.

Am I seeing things, or is there something I'm missing here?
 
They've all changed theirs. All of the Demi-Gods are using each others' avatars, it seems :D

Only guy I know with that avatar, is rdowns ...

In regards to the Christian part, christians are people too, and none of them are perfect, don't expect them to 24/7 be like God or Christ.

....

Why do the avatars bother you again? Lol

To add further to this, I'm not sure what it is about that avatar that would prevent somebody from being a perfect christian.... It seems entirely acceptable to me.
