i'm so glad i ended up with a white iPad2

i went to a local Best Buy today, when they passed out the ticket i wanted a black 64G AT&T 3G, they only had white version left, so why not, i jumped on it. the white looks so so nice, not too bright, sort of between creamy white and pure white. i got the black leather smart cover for it, i think i'm gonna take my ipad2 to bed tonight :D
 
I had the exact opposite experience. I asked for white at my local Verizon store & all they had was black. I realized that I'm so messy, I'm better off with the darker color.
 
I also wanted black but ended up with white. I quite like the white, at least it looks different from the first generation.

Glad I got the white as well. Also glad I got a 64. They were out of the 32 so I had no choice. I think it'll be worth it in the long run.

Out of curiosity, how often do people stop you and ask about your white iPhone? I'd imagine you'd get pestered constantly, and if you ever whipped it out in an Apple store, I imagine people would just go nuts.

From time to time, I just give the place I had it converted and the price. At apple the employees like to look and have gone as to get a light and check out the charging port lol
 
That's random, I guess they're just curious but of all places to look, heh.
