Ive just seen a few screenshots of Vista. And I burst out laughing!

Flame me all you want for this. I am late to the crapness that is Vista as I have no interest in it whatsoever, but I have to get this off my chest.

Doesnt Vista look like OSX but upside down?

I havent taken much notice of Vista apart from the obvious bits like Widgets, I mean Gadg... er no I mean Widgets and the 'Aqua/Aero' debacle.

But these are the first true screen shots I have seen of it and it is just OSX upside down. Did MS think no one would notice?

They even have a dock (which is semi transparent) with black triangles for active apps, a separator for the trash and all the icons look like they've been ripped from Aqua.

I have always had a dig at MS for copying Apple but only light heartedly. This just takes the piss.

EDIT: And what with the lack of Anti-aliased text? It looks *****!

still don't like the default font they use for icon text...it's too skinny and way too hard to read. And I still find the left window/right window navigation a bit confusing...it's not terribly intuitive, or not to me at any rate.

I dunno. Windows just looks..."cheap"
for lack of a better word.

and the one thing I can't stand:
the HD isn't mounted on the desktop...you hafta go look for it. It's a pain in the @ss.

yea...I use Windows a lot. I'm still trying to get past the "Mac does it this way" thing. It's better to just accept it for what it is.

Yes, why are the icons on top of the screen? The fonts look weird too.

It's supposed to, it's third party software to add an OS X style dock to Windows XP
