I'm planning on buying a Mac Pro. I want something entry level and I found a Quad Core 2.0 for 400 bucks. Good Deal? Also, it works like a charm, has a x1900 card in it, has 4 gb of ram, and has a 500 gb hard drive. Is this a good deal?

It depends on what you want to use it for? The older Quads are still ok machines, but lack in terms of upgradability (os x versions, graphics etc) and memory can be pretty expensive to find.

I don't know the US prices much, but I would suggest perhaps investing a little more and looking for a 2008 model or later.

If you don't need more memory and are not a gamer, then its probably going to be a good machine.
