iPad mini Im upset, FedEx delivery exception

what can i do about this guys?
says my ipad wont deliver till Nov 5th.
NOBODY came to my house at all, and it says customer was not available in gardena. different town than mine. What can i do?

I think all you can do is call the FedEx people and see if they can send the driver back if he hasn't gotten to far away yet.

A grown up would just call FedEx and tell them what happened. If you're grown up enough about it, they'll send the driver back to deliver. If not, they'll give you a story and tell you to wait until Monday or pick it up tonight at their distribution center.

MacRumors really needs to limit posting to people who are over 18 years old.

they tried to deliver to the wrong place so now i have to go pick it up -___-

apparently the driver mixed up the zipcode...

thanks for your unwanted opinion....all i needed was help. thats what forums are for right?

my mistake if i asked for help on a forum...

Actually, I was thinking more like 30 or 35 years old. But, then again, that's no guarantee of anything.:rolleyes:;)
 
This type of thing will have more frequently as the holiday approaches.

You probably can pick up tonite, and perhaps even tomorrow. Call fedex and find out where it is.
 
be glad that you aren't on the East Coast. FedEx and UPS deliveries are backed up for nearly 5 business days due to Hurricane Sandy. not many people got their iPad Minis on time here in PA/NJ/NY/CT/DE. i bought 2 lightening cables, they arrived at the Philadelphia hub on Sunday night - they weren't delivered to my Philadelphia suburb house until this afternoon

FedEx will try again tomorrow, or you could have just picked it up from the hub
