Edit: The app Flex will be updated through Cydia, the tweaks I don't know but I guess there are new versions that you need to install.

Well, that's to bad. I have quite a few Flex tweaks installed, I guess I need to periodically check for updates to each? :/

There is a beta for the new updates. But people need to realize that most of these people have lives and dont spend every waking hour coding. It takes time to code and when you implementing new features, that requires a lot of reworking of files. Patience.
