I wonder if anyone could give some help.
I have an iMac that since the last major update whenever I download anything like a .pdf from Chrome / Safari / Firefox the whole machine freezes for about 2 minutes.
It's really frustrating as I download a lot of work reports from web apps in .pdf but cannot find anything on the net on how to resolve.
According to software update, I am up to date.
Any help would be really appreciated
