iMac 2008 boot problem

Hello!
Does anybody know what is the problem with that iMac?
It refuses to boot and that is the screen, is graphic card the problem?

I'm afraid your graphics card is dying, probably already dead. I would suggest booting into recovery (Command+R) to see if there's anything related to an OS corruption, but I fear that's not the problem.
