Imac 2009 A1225 stuck on white screen

Good day.
I got a 2009 24in imac when I turn it on after the chime it's just stuck on a white screen.
Replaced the drive to SSD, checked if the ram is working (good) and still stuck on white screen after the chime.

The GPU on this imac is built in to the board so some suggestions of baking the GPu is out of the question. I put new thermal paste on the Processor and GPU still turing on a white screen.

How can we help you out if your GPU is assumed to be dead?
Try resetting PRAM and SMC to see if it may fix, but I doubt it.
