Hi there,
I recently just sold a Imac, when I sold it I reformatted the HDD obviously and rebooted the computer a few times to make sure it worked correctly and everything was fine, I even took the liberty of setting up a account on the imac for the new user.
So today he received it and I get a email saying this
"The screen stays black after it is switched on. You can hear the audible chime and the hard drive booting up but that's it. The light underneath the mouse seems to be responsive."
I've never had this problem before... Anyone have any suggestions?
Basic specs of Imac...
27inch
I3 3.2ghz Processor
4gb RAM
1TB HDD running latest Yosemite OS
Thanks in Advanced.
